Summertime fun!

So, I haven't been blogging as much as I want to lately, but we have been SO busy with summer vacations! July has been a very busy and exciting month for us. We have gone on a few family vacays and have pretty much been non stop!
Here our some snapshots of family vacay with my parents and brother and sister. We took LJ to Seaworld for the first time and had a beach day in Oceanside.

Bryce's family from Oregon also visiting this week so we got to spend time with them as well.
I wish they didn't live so far, they bring huge smiles to my face!

My bestie is getting married in less than two weeks! Eek! I'm excited! Friday was her bachlorette party. I'm really blessed by her friendship and I hope she knows that! I wish I could be there more for her but motherhood makes it difficult sometimes! However, I can't wait to party it up at her wedding!

Some other exciting news in life is that Bryce and I are moving! Yay! We are getting an apartment in Redlands! I seriously can't wait to move! I'm so excited for LJ to have his own little room and for us to have a place to call ours! It has been a blessing living with his dad, but we are ready to move on! I will post pics of our cute little place once we move in!
I hope everyone has a great week! These next three weeks are going to be crazy with a wedding and getting ready to move, plus I have a 1st birthday I need to start planning! ahh! Life is SO good though and I have been feeling beyond blessed lately. Thank you to everyone who reads my blog, makes me feel important in life. Jk;)

Growing up I wasn't the healthiest eater. I played sports so many nights we ate out or had cheap processed meals. Being athletic I never really realized what affect eating poorly did to my body. Plus, I always had the mindset that was "well whatever I'm eating isn't that bad", or "I'm gonna die one day anyways and it isn't because I had too much sweet n low"! Today my baby boy is 7 months old! Holy cow time flies. I feel as if every day he is learning/doing something new! I am so blessed to be able to stay home with him on a full-time basis and not miss how fast he's growing up. I decided that I would do a monthly post for my boy, to keep a record of how he's growing and all the new things he's doing. I wish I would have started this sooner, but I guess its better late than never! So, here's all the things that LJ is doing at 7 months: - He sits up all by himself - He scoots! Everyday its seems that he's going faster and farther! - He's starting to pul himself up onto things...like the rocking chair. HAHA. - He likes patty-cake, swinging, and playing with Pip - He likes to go for walks, and LOVES being outside - He loves his baths now, he just gets mad when we take him out! - He can say ba-ba, and i swear i've heard him say ma-ma :) - His favorite foods (besides milk) are pears, apples, and butternut sq

Thankful heart.

"Just think of all you have to be thankful for." This is what Bryce told me as I was crying my eyes out. He was right, I knew he was, and I had let my selfish desires and emotions get the best of me. Why was I so upset when I had the the most caring and  selfless husband telling me everything is okay and the most precious baby boy looking at me wondering what the heck happened to his mom that usually has it all together. Life happened. Being young and married is difficult, and adding a baby and everything else on top of that makes life stressful and not any easier. That morning it seemed everything hit me at once and I was blaming myself for everything little thing. I had just got off the phone with financial aid and they dropped the bomb of how much money we now owe back because of student loans. On top of that, the realization that we were still living in Bryce's dad's house longer than we intended and everything else in my life that stressed me out finally broke
